- Ian W Review added: 2018.08.07★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆I contracted them to ship my vehicle and some goods in my own container to Johannesburg, everything was delivered to their offices in Brent Park well in advance to ensure that the goods were available when required. It was shipped a month late, no explanation, caused me to incur almost £3000 in costs as the documents they sent were invalid, vehicle etc arrived 3 weeks late, container seized due to documents, company not interested, took them to court they didn't even show up and have got judgement against them, they still haven't settled so next step in recovery with the courts.
Terrible service, no communication at all, no,response to emails and letter (signed for delivery), didn't even answer court letters?...
Was told by one employee that they were best in business and did this all the time, did he mean screw up everything, I am beginning to think so.
