I've done PT with the guys on the Warrior programme back in 2014, but in the last 24 months I've been doing their small-group Warrior Tribe PT classes –previously at Blackfriars and now at their new Liverpool St location.
The new gym is coming together nicely, improving session by session and it's going to be an amazing space when the guys are done with it.
The Warrior Tribe classes are my favourite way to train. You go four times a week with the same group of people for three months. You help each other through it. The trainers keep your technique on point, you do real strength training and conditioning.
The Evolve guys handle your diet plan and nutrition and support the whole group via a WhatsApp channel. Answering questions, making alterations to keep you hitting your goals. You get full body measurements during the programme and before and after photos to track your progress.
If you're looking to transform the way your body works and looks, give the guys at Evolve a shout. They're a super friendly bunch.
