Left there a new Canada Goose jacket and they badly damaged it. The jacket was 2 month old, bought at Harrods for £700. When I complained, I was told to go back to Harrods and complain about the product quality. Canada Goose is a brand distributed world wide known for high quality standards (thus the steep retail price). Staff is unprofessional, prices are higher compared to other dry cleaners in the area (e.g., Magic Cleaners, Station Dry Cleaners, Green Spot Valet), and the quality much lower. They do not deserve to stay in business.
