- Julia Florentine Review added: 2017.12.16★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆I don't normally post reviews, but I was really disappointed in this place when it had such good reviews so I had to add my experience. The guy at the shop seemed so knowledgable, so I trusted him, but in retrospect he was telling me rubbish to sell me more stuff.
I needed a new tank. He said my brand doesn't make my model anymore (which I now know is patently false), and that I would have to buy a similar type that will work. The similar tank (£20) didn't work so I had to return to the shop. He recommended I had to return to swap it for a full new vape (£30). Basically I was upsold, when I could've just bought the tank I needed online for £10. Plus he sold me vape juice that he said doesn't taste artificial at all (they didn't have any testers, so I stupidly took his word for it), and it tastes extremely artificial. So now I have a new vape I didn't need and two big bottles of vape juice that taste like cheap grape candy.
Conclusion: don't trust the advice of the staff. They are good at sales, but do not have the needs of the customer in mind. This is unlike the many other very helpful vape shops I've been to in London. For example, the Vape Guru in Ladbroke Grove and Vape Emporium in Hampstead are 10x better. Go somewhere else.
