- Liam O'Halloran Review added: 2018.08.15★ ★ ★ ☆ ☆Not too bad of service and having the cars readily available. The car I received was in good condition, and clean which was a big change in comparison to other cars i’ve booked in the past with other companies.
My main problems are with Europcar itself, with how they want you to either upgrade the insurance (even if paid for insurance already) or ask for a larger deposit.
I don’t lay the blame on the Kings Cross Staff as they are just doing their job, and following protocol.
As I believe that a reasonable level of insurance should be provided without additional cost to the customer. Only that if damage occurs outside of the specified amount that the customer should pay.
There should be clear warning at time of booking of the amount to be paid for a Deposit and any additional costs including more insurance. - Krishnaprasad K V Review added: 2018.05.11★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Spent an hour and a half waiting to pick up a premium car. Five minutes and the tyre pressure warning came on. When the car was taken back, the mechanic filled air in the wrong tyre. Never going back.
