- olivia burke Review added: 2018.08.22★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Worst customer service I've received in a while... if u'd even call it service!! Booked and paid for a car over the phone but when we arrived 15 minutes later we were told there were no cars available (even tho we were looking at cars in the parking area). The rude lady behind the desk offered no explanation or resolution. Once we demanded a manager, magically a car was available and we were on our way but only after being treated like rubbish!!! Very disappointed as the reps at London City Airport are always extremely helpful.
Also, I MUST know.... does it not bother u that 95% of ur reviews are absolutely terrible?! Wish I would've read them all before coming to u!! Offer some decent service or close shop!! U should be ASHAMED!!
