Three months ago, the screen of my laptop stopped working and I took it to a shop named "versatile" in Manor Park . I had to pay 120 quids for the replacement of the screen. But within 3 months the laptop screen cracked and I took it back to versatile and they told me that they cannot do anything for it. When I demanded that they must replace it as it happened due to low quality replacement screen, the versatile owner sent me to "eTronics" saying that eTronics was the supplier of that screen so speak to them. When I visited eTronics in Dalston Kingsland today with my laptop, they gave me the same reply that they cannot do anything. They were rude and unprofessional. They again offered me to change the screen if I pay them 100 pounds. I will never visit these stores again and will not recommend to anybody.
