  I live in the local area and occasionally pop in while I'm going past to see if there are any food items at a reduced price. The food is decent enough and I've purchased from there several times now; however, on my most recent visit I was continually harrassed by one of the older staff members, who kept following me around and asking me questions in barely coherent English. At first I assumed that he thought I was a shoplifter, and so I removed my hands from my coat pocket to make clear that I hadn't taken anything. He continued to stalk me round the shop however, and kept asking me where my 'friend' was, at which point I started to become very uncomfortable. I'm not sure if he had mistaken me for someone else or if he is simply deranged; in either case I ended up leaving the store as I was genuinely starting to wonder if he was going to start a fight. I got a good ten metres away from the shop before looking back and seeing that he has followed me out of the shop and was staring at me as I left. This isn't the first time I have encountered this kind of behaviour from this member of staff, but this was definitely the worst occasion so far, and pushed me to write this review.
  
  No one should have to feel like this from something as simple as making a trip to the shops, and I am strongly considering making a formal complaint to head office (though I doubt I shall be visiting again for some time at this rate). Disgusting behaviour and appalling customer service; this man ought to be fired with immediate effect.

  This petrol station is a dive. It looks like it had been neglected for many years.
  
  A big maybe negative was when ee tried to leave a parcel for Amazon to pick up but were told it was too big. It was only shoes that we were returning. The man said Hermes would not take it, due to the size even though they are meant to.
