They make you feel welcome and comfortable from the minute you walk in and they give you their undivided attention - no personal conversations going on between staff while they are seeing to you which is what I’d experienced in another salon. I have Marina cut my hair and she listens to my requests and always gives advice on what’s best for my hair. I used to just have a cut and blow dry in a bob style and would get several comments from strangers saying what a nice cut my hair was. I then took Marinas advice and grew out the bob and had highlights put in. Likewise friends now comment on it being a good decision and say that whoever highlights my hair knows what they’re doing. I trust Marina with my hair 100%. I’ve also had Kem, Gem and Hayley cut my hair and have been pleased with the results. I always recommend this salon to people who ask me where I have my hair done.
