  Flower Order for a funeral Thursday 26 April 2018. Order for long stem dark blue and white roses in a cellophane bouquet spray. Not only were the flowers incorrect they were not delivered to the home as required to go with the coffin. They were taken to the city of London Cemetary but not till after at least four phone calls on the funeral afternoon from the house and in the funeral car. Which if not distressing enough they were put on some concrete display area which meant they were not on our cousins coffin even when he was brought from the hearse into the chapel. In the funeral chapel
  I had to leave the room to ask the co op funeral man to go and find them. Ten minutes later flowers arrived to go on Norman’s coffin half way through the eulogy. The flowers were then seen not to be what was ordered at all.
  A small arrangement of sad greenery and a few white roses chopped short in it. My cousin Gladys Norman’s sister has tried to contact your shop manager on several occasions in the last two weeks and has been fobbed off because the order and your service for £102.00 was abismal. Your shop got it wrong on this occasion and you should address this issue.
