It's a nice, big open space that absorbs sound so that you can talk even if the tables are full. The menu has a nice selection of Basque foods cooked using modern techniques.
Started with the Suckling Pig Tempura which was wonderfully rolled with a bacon sauce smear.
Next was Braised Pork Cheek (below) with a delicious confit. The pork was super tender and just pulled apart. Paired it with a mixed green salad to get a vegetable in it.
