- Fatema Al-Ansare Review added: 2018.11.02★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆I hired Rotana for a party and they were very disorganised, they served little food to the customers and overall were unprepared for our guests. I am very disappointed, I didn't like this restaurant and still gave it a chance. I regret holding my party there. My guests were left hungry for a few hours because they gave their shisha customers better attention. Don't hire this place for a party, management and customer service is zilch.
