Because my job was stressful at the best of times Steven suggested that I should consider using a programme based on Chinese acupuncture methods called EFT (Emotional Freedom Techniques)Steven explained to me the benefits of this therapy and showed me how to “tap” areas of my body which will free up negative energies while reciting a purpose made speech designed around what was holding me back to where I needed to be. In all honesty I really didn't think this was for me and after the consultation left feeling a little let down after the success of the hypnotherapy. After a pretty harsh week at work the following week I decided to give it another try but with a more open mind and during the course of that same week noticeable changes for the better did actually occur and to this day when things get on top of me I practice EFT and would recommend it to anyone especially like me who needs a confidence boost now and again.
