  EE really need to invest in customer service training for their employees - or at least ensure that those they hire are aware of how to interact and engage with individuals who pay to use EE services.
  
  Staff in this store, particularly a woman named Ellie and a man named Christopher, are so hostile and rude I almost cancelled my contract in store. I came into the store to collect an item in a trip that would usually take ten minutes, instead I was told to wait and not offered an explanation as to why I would not be seen for a long time and when I was eventually seen - by Christopher, he was extremely rude to the point of aggressive. Ellie also shouted at me on the shop floor in such am unprofessional manner another staff member apologised. I was made to wait over an hour for customer support.
  
  It would be quite arduous to go into how horrible this customer experience was, I think there is a basic lack of understanding that customers pay for service and if they aren't rude (which I wasn't, though quite upset I was treated with hostility) then staff should try their best to help them.
  
  I am very briefly summarising my experience, but needless to say EE head office deemed the issue so serious they called the store to enquire what was going on and made a compensatory payment as credit to my account.
  
  I seriously advise that if you need help, find another store in the area.
