I went into this store as it was the closest to where I lived. I was due and upgrade and been a very loyal customer to EE. I felt intimidated and not comfortable with the service. I would not recommend this store nor would i recommend EE. I have had nothing but trouble with my billing every month since renewing my contract. I went back into this store after being miss sold a wifi box which i was being charged for when told it would be thrown in for free to have it removed. Six months in and still experiencing issues, and being charged. I decided to call and couldn't get through to anyone. So ended up on the EE website chat for 2 hours and spoke to 5 people before my account was credited what i was owed. This all being well i feel that i have not been taken care of by the Bayswater store or EE customer service. Very upsetting and will never recommend EE and cant wait to get out!
