- James Rogerson Review added: 2018.04.09★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆When stepping into the store you will be greeted my the store manager Nadia, who is an agressive, rude and impatient women. It felt like the whole time I was distracting her from her social media accounts. Immediately tried to put me on the highest tarrif I didn't ask for, when I said not for me she proceeded to type out the offer wasting both of ours time. She was increasingly rude to my friend who was telling her about signal problems in Chigwell Essex at one point calling him a liar. I have remained with EE but sent a formal complaint about the branch. The store lacks real customer service. Please be warned.
