- Timothy Freeman Review added: 2018.04.13★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Ug - Awful, awful, awful. Avoid at all costs. I have been a couple of times when my phone needed repairs because EE tell you that the shops have loan phones and will process the repair for you. They NEVER have a loan phone. Horrible attitude. Make you feel like you are interrupting them from doing something important (like sitting in the back room chatting).
