- Sandra Mcerlean Review added: 2018.04.19★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆o today i called @12 30 today to see what time swimming started, I was told only baby pool was open and It was 15 30 to 17 30 ok fine told the lady on phone 3 times that i will be with my 4yr and 13year old yes yes thats fine..
Got to Edmonton green to be told by the rude receptionist (may i add that she had a mouth full of food while she was talking) i said i will what till she finished her food as i do not feel the need to see what was in her mouth ( my 4yr old has more respect and manners not to talk with her mouth full)
Anyway she said that my 13year old can not enter the pool as its 16 over to be in the pool I told her 'but she is 13' i asked her to see the manager and was told to wait at the door for 10 minutes this was about 15:55 i got to see manager at 16:25.
He allowed my 13year old to swim as i was paying for the tickets the rude lady in the middle of talking to another customer leaned over to her colleague that was serving me told her make sure she is allowed in, i all so asked for her name she refused to give me
Never in my life have i ever experienced such disgusting customer service, And i will not be returning....
