Darren is great at what he does and for me, a terrific motivater. He plans every session in advance and you really feel the benefits of his workouts in a short time. He looks for feedback weekly and I always felt that he genuinely cares about his clients. I definitely became much stronger whilst working with Darren. My only problem now is finding the motivation in myself to continue what he started!
