I was a bit vary about the lack of contact information, especially there being no way to directly contact them, and information about the pick up point was vague. But booking the ticket was easy, and when I finally arrived to Victoria coach station, the guy at the front desk was very nice and helpful. The trip was fine with lots of space and kind people to help you with your luggage.
I cannot speak for any of the other stretches, but going from Victoria seems like a solid alternative to the Gatwick express.
