My initial consultation was with Debbie and she suggested a series of medium peels to treat my melesma and hyperpigmentation. On reflection I think the advice wasn't particularly impartial, because I have since been told by a dermatologist that medium peels will not remove pigmentation.
I also found it jarring that the person applying the peel didn't know what I was being treated for, and gave me some wild expectations of peeling and seeing a 30% difference after the first peel - none of which happened. This was then exasperated as I wasn't able to discuss it with Debbie. They wouldn't return my calls, and simply kept emailing to book me in for another consultation with the technician who applied the peel. The clinic is not near to where I live or work, so it was made very difficult for me. £160 down and nothing to show for it unfortunately. I would have liked my money back as I don't feel you should have to pay if you are over-promised and under-delivered.
