Drivers lie about delivery attempts, not ringing the buzzer, not leaving a calling card. Then you get notifications that you’ve requested different delivery days or to pick the parcel up at the depot. Spend 20 minutes on the phone on hold, they will not pick up. Tweet them, they will not answer. Then you have to take 2 hours out of your day and spend more of your own money to get to the depot. I would pay extra money not to use DPD
