We booked a room but the lights were dim, so he bought lamps and offered a change of room! We took his offer! The room he gave us was gorgeous and exceeded all expectations! We had breakfast in bed, the staff were very friendly, helpful and welcoming! Joshua treated us very well, he gave us a tour to other rooms, treated us very well, he was professional, so friendly and very posh! He catered to all of our needs and made us feel at ease! Our stay was lavish and he made it special! Thank you SO much to Joshua and the 5 stars are for you!
