  OK, now have my CSCS card, but some advise for others sitting this course.
  Do your own online fire safety knowledge, this does come up in the exams, but not the course or lessons.
  Learn the different categories of fires (A-F), and learn what each type of colour coded fire extinguisher can be used on what type of fire.
  
  You will sit one week actually learning and doing the course, and one week where you are more or less left to your own devices. Do the mock exams and simulations, these are questions that might crop up in the exams (note the pc in Booth 9 the corner one, gives a wrong answer compared to the others on the mock exam).
  There are two other scheme/employment providers there, on the National Careers Service, the other is Seetec.
  If you pass your exams, they will try to enrol you in their job Club/scheme as you pick up your card. Note, the jobcentre told me that is not official. It is just that they can draw money from the Government for the "bums on seats" if people do attend the next course.
  You can take your card and leave without joining any other course/scheme.
  Also when asked by the Exam people, you are allowed to have the card sent to your home, choose that option, it save all the hassle too.
