- Stella Roos Review added: 2017.12.16★ ★ ★ ★ ★In Dillons you might have to queue for 15 minutes, tables are not always cleared and if it's cold outside, it's probably pretty cold inside too. But the atmosphere more than makes up for it: it's constantly bustling, the staff are real personalities and the conversations by the table next to you are always interesting.. This is the best place to come by yourself to read, study or people-watch. Plus it's very cheap and they don't charge extra for alternative milks!
