He has always been available and has ensured that my interest have been well cared for and personally seen to any issues that have arisen. His commitment and dedication to ensuring that all my expectations were met is exemplary. I am now managing my property as I am spending more time in the UK and he has continued to be available to help with any problems which have arisen with that flat. Although my flat is currently let by KFH, I have refused to allow them to manage the property and the service is nowhere close to Dexters. If I was to seek the services of property management in the future I would not hesitate to hand it over to Dexters as long as Steven Hewitt is managing the team. He is an absolutely invaluable member of Dexter’s property management services and I feel privileged to have met him and worked with him. I would also like to say that Darren Bailey was without a doubt one of the best hands on property managers I have had and under Stevens leadership he excelled in his role. I would recommend the manager service to any landlord regardless of Dexter letting the property. Thank you Steven for everything.
