During this time they made no attempt to inform me of the delivery estimates and ignored my emails. Once they tried to blame the slowness on the manufacturer and a German bank holiday. For UK made lenses... Three weeks since the eye exam they are still not able to produce a signed copy of a contact lens prescription. Avoid.
