Really friendly staff, happy to help and advise as well as make you feel welcome. Even while waiting I was offered coffee, or could go and relaxing in the downstairs lounge, play some PS4, or a game of darts.
Once it was my turn for the trim I was greeted by Tobias who was really nice and friendly. He understood straight away what I was after and also advised on what he though was good for how my beard grows.
The trim was really good, the conversation flowed and Tobias kept informing me of what he was doing and what he felt best, always asking my option and checking to make sure I was happy.
The hot towel was a nice surprise but felt amazing, I could have slept all day with my heard wrapped in that.
If you've been thinking of having your beard trimmed or even getting a hair cut I can't recommend these guys enough. Will be back for sure when it's time for another trim.
