The male receptionist is extremely rude, refused to give me the name of the manager, so I was unable to make a formal written complaint and he decided to use all kinds of expletives towards me! Their cars are old and they stink and their drivers can barely speak English. I will be reporting them to TFL! DO NOT USE THEM!
