Groups of youth smoking drugs on the estate stairs, constant violence, harassment, stalkers, CCTV that do not work, errands and repairs not completed by the office, a rude african woman at the office, who is the so called manager, unsupervised children roaming open roads, urine and faeces on the estate not cleaned and dried up, cleaners not doing their job, all their money spent this year was a few weeks ago - unnecessarily repainting over the junction and 'residents parking' paint. Cottington close and Lambeth Council office (Brixton) are busy hiring uneducated africans and eating up government funds, fat cats. Worst Estate and Borough EVER!
