- Charlie Richmond Review added: 2018.09.22★ ★ ★ ★ ☆Pleasant service with excellent coffee and good food. The balcony has an air conditioner that blows directly on the patrons but I was able to adjust it so that it only made our feet freeze. Curiously they decided to close the balcony and kick everyone out one hour before closing but they did start cleaning the area which was probably a good thing since the upstairs toilet was filthy.

As we wanted to drink indoors I asked for porcelain bone china cups but were handed a paper tissue instead. Otherwise, it was pleasantly quiet and clean. Tea was alright.
