No preservatives or any other chemical ingredients in their food, and in my opinion it's even more convenient as you can cook the meals directly from frozen.
Staff are also very friendly and helpful, and the store usually has free samples to try which are pretty good. I'm glad this shop is here. I'd probably be eating unhealthy takeout most days if it wasn't.
