- Jonathan Anderson Review added: 2018.12.09★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆DO NOT SHOP HERE. I've had a bad experience in here before, and today unfortunately had to collect a Collect+ delivery from here. Despite being sent on Tuesday, it didn't arrive until Saturday when I was out of the country. I got a text on Monday and I tried to call to say I'd be in the next day (today - Tuesday) to collect it. No-one picked up the phone. When I went in the woman at the till did not know what Collect+ was or seemed to understand English. I then spoke to a man who apparently was the owner. He said he didn't know where it was. He kept looking at parcels from Very despite me saying it was a personal parcel and not from Very. He then said it must have been sent back and he didn't have anything to do with it. I said I had tried to call and he said the phone line wasn't working (which was strange as it definitely rang). He then just shrugged his shoulders and told me it wasn't his fault and to call Collect+. AVOID.
Update 22 Feb: Collect+ said apparently the parcel was handed back to the driver 'in error' by the store - yeah right!
