  Overall a good experience, but with some negatives.
  
  It took a week to get my corporate account approved due to KYC and AML, but I see that as a positive - they are being thorough... I think. I had a couple of phone calls from them very soon after submitting my account application; again a positive sign, that they actively engage with customers. I have yet to experience the negative customer service of other reviewers here.
  
  Once my account was funded, buying crypto was straightforward, as was transferring it on to my own wallet. XBT/GBP liquidity is very good and the spreads are usually under 1%. EUR and USD markets still lack enough volume to be competitive with other fiat exchanges.
  
  One bugbear I have is that it seems it is operated at least partly out of Poland while claiming to be based in London. They should call a spade a spade. A consequence of banking in Warsaw is that funding the Coinfloor GBP account from your UK bank GBP account actually involves a SWIFT international transfer. This means the transfer can take up to three days and you get stung for an exorbitant fee by the banks!

  Still waiting on a withdrawal that was marked as processed two days ago but clearly has not been sent. Am being ignored by customer support.
  
  Updated from. 1 to 3 stars because the Funds processed eventually. Customer support and withdrawal speed still lacking
