I work in a building in London and the parcel force delivery guy has confirmed he has nothing on board for me when my delivery slot was between 15.36 and 16.36. These were clothes I need starting a new job and needed to look smart. This is the first time I have ever used you and this is the service? What an absolute load of rubbish, considering the prices you charge I would expect next day delivery when paid for. What an absolute joke. Thank you very much for the extra anxiety and stress the night before a new job.
