Based on the kind of service we received I could not stop myself from recommending him. I have never met an agent who is so polite, honest, helpful and considerate towards a client's requirements. We were very picky about what we wanted and he was extremely patient trying to fulfill our needs. He understood our requirements and always tried to bridge the gap between the landlord and the tenant in order to find the best option for us. Even thought we didn't find what we were looking for at this agency as flats didn't meet out requirements, but I can easily say that Zilvinas has raised the bar in terms of what I expect of real estate agents. I have found several unscrupulous agents who try to fleece you and I will never ever be coming back to them. However, ZIlvinas is one of those guys who is at the other end of the spectrum. I surely know that this agent is the one who I will approach when I will be renting next time. Would definitely recommend!

I dealt mostly with a young man by the name of Alastair. He was courteous, helpful and really knew his stuff when it came to property. I have now both bought and sold through City West and I give them 5 stars for excellence. Thank you Alastair for all your useful advice and guidance. I will be back!
