On the Tuesday before, I called and this chinese gentleman who spoke very little English took my reservation. I repeated myself about 5 times and he confirmed Sat 11th Nov at 12pm. It was my Wifes 20 year anniversary and wanted this to be special. She arrived on Saturday and there was no booking for her. I was livid when I found out and called and spoke to the same gentleman. Had he been sympathetic I would have accepted this. No apology just 'not in my diary' I will never book again with this place. I will be calling Groupon for a full refund and suggest they take this site off their list. Maybe someone who has very little English should not take bookings. :{{ :{{
