Pros: close to tube station
facilities are new
Cons: often out of order shower and wifi and heater;
Shower was out of order twice in 6 months and each time took 3 weeks to repair;
Wifi is never stable. Can't even video chat in most times;
Heater is more difficult to use than those portable ones
Very rude and condescending staff;
compulsory inspection that intrude privacy anytime they want
Wish I stayed in the next door student hall
