I pointed out that the website was showing a better rate than in store and they said that they haven't had time to change it in store yet but I was still not able to get the new improved rate (which is live and shows online) because they were too busy.
Admittedly they were busy but I feel that if they promise a live rate then they should react to changes in the market, especially when the website advertisers a live rate.
After politely saying I would wait I was they told that the rate had gone down again. Annoyingly I still got my Euros as I was in a rush and then checked the rate on my phone as I was leaving, only to see the favorable rate still showing online. I have been absolutely conned and will never return.
