- Vino Vethavanam Review added: 2018.04.28★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Awful. After many years of being a loyal customer, I have given up. Wrong order for Xmas, rude counter staff and total lack of any customer service. When I called to query the wrong order I was told that the owner is the only person who can deal with it and indeed reimburse and that he is never in the shop. No-one wanted to help. I left messages for the owner to call me for 4 solid days and was eventually told that he was aware of the issue and that he would get around to refunding me in the next 7 days. After 7 days and no refund, I contacted the owner directly on Twitter to try and get a response and as well as being rude and aggressive, he claimed that he didn't have a record of the order etc. Finally got a refund after he threatened to forward my tweets to his solicitor! It was clear he had no intention of reimbursing me at all and only did it because I pursued it. SHOCKING customer service, rude at every step of the journey, unhelpful and very very poor product.
I am not alone - when I went to pick up the order, I saw a fellow customer complain about receiving the wrong order and also how the counter staff were so rude they reduced his wife to tears.
Utter disgrace. - Wayne Bhagan Review added: 2018.02.19★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Every time they have a delivery of meet. Their driver feel it's acceptable to block the whole of Harberson Road for 15-20mins. No traffic can go up or down the road. Swearing at local residents. Who have lived in Balham before Chadwicks was here. Absolutely disgusting. I have videoed the whole incident and will be sharing it with the police and council. Disgrace, just read all the other shocking reviews.
