Dropped by the store the first time and was greeted by a manager who told me to leave my product there for testing, and would get back to me later. He never did. Had to go all the way back, but spoke to a staff member called Dwayne this time. He fixed it up in literally 10 seconds. Epic customer service. The guy should literally be the new manager.
