Ordered a second one and waitress says they don’t have anymore, so I order a sparkling water instead. 20 minutes later customer walks in orders a cider and 2 mins later he get a cider.
I called the waitress and asked what that guy was drinking and she says they have cider but it was warm!
They could have put ice in it if it was that warm!!
Shocking waitress service!! Hate aweful service when it’s so easy to be nice and make someone’s experience.
We were a group of 10...adults, result no tip. Still my loss ...and they gained 10 seats!
