- Paul Evans Review added: 2018.01.22★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Extortionate prices, bad service. They didn't put my deposit into the DPS which is illegal. They served me a T&C after I moved in to let me know they were increasing the rent! I had barely unpacked! I complained it was unfair and offered them half of the increase, their response and I quote "if you don't pay, we'll find someone who will" I will never ever use them again and I highly recommend you boycott them. It is companies like this which are destroying the rental market in London and sucking the life out of London.
