- Albert Feliu Review added: 2018.05.27★ ★ ★ ★ ★I had Des as my physiotherapist after a grade 2 tear in the medial head of the gastrocnemius muscle (calf). I couldn't walk for a month.
After starting the sessions the progress was instant and I was walking way before the NHS even had an appointment for me.
Des is also really professional, understanding and kind, even though I rocked up for the 8am sessions twice a week.
Worth mentioning that I was late for a session but Capital Physio were very accommodating with the rescheduling.

I'd had knee pain for 7 months after a half marathon and had a triathlon a month away and couldn't even run 3km without pain.
She gave me massages and gave me exercises and stretches to do at home to manage any future pain and I'm healed and I know exactly what to do to self manage if it comes back again.
She was a massive help. I did the triathlon, and another one a week after with no pain.
