They have been holding on to a refund of mine for a long time. Keep promising me a cheque yet I paid them by card. They are playing for time so that they can use my money to keep them afloat. It is not a huge sum; only £1650. Maybe it's their weekly wages for 15 members of staff that are being exploited somewhere in India. They are the biggest bunch of liars and crooks you may ever have the misfortune of dealing with. I have spoken to at least 3 of their call centre staff and every single one of them has told me a different lie. They even lie about which department they work in. They took my bank details to make a payment but this seems to have just been left on someone's desk - They don't care about Data protection. Very amateurish and totally useless.
