  This company is runned by low life scumbags who pray on vanurabile,students,profationals and who ever falls in to their web.. they will advertise and promis rooms for£40 but however 1nce they taken your deposit of £750 the room you will move in to will be £70 to100 minimum pw.. almost £150 to £250 admin fees, like they are some fokin estate agency or sumthing lowlife bastards then they will charge you another £75 for fire blankets and fire extinguisher wich you will never recive nor when you ask for it , will give you headacke or evict you for it as they like.not to mention the hijen of the property is unliveibile belive me if you tie a dog there, dog will not stand for the filth of the rooms or the  junk yard property it self,moldy walls(deadly dangerous),terribil smelly floor carpets, not to mention these guys are makeing money out of these vanurabile people trough in most case propertys palned to be demolished in soon future soo means they turn arround and give you 2 or 3 weeks notice to leave the property becouse the property will be demolished with in short time period..wich they will give you that notice after they have taken your last rent payment..soo its non of their concern if you had enough time to find your self elswhere to live..you just need to get the hell out as they dont give a fok about you or your concerns.. as you leave the property they will inspect the rooms and if you had left anthing in the room like a table or a chair or a bed you can kiss your deposit good bye too and they will tell you they had to remove whatever you left behind no metter what small table or chair or a plate and a spoon,, they will tell you your deposit is been paid to people to clean the room you had left..so basicly you can fok off and no deposite back to you..sooo total lieing opportunistic scum bags to take your money and let you sleep in shiiiithole and no care for you sooever.. do not go to this place l had the wors experiance there and wasnt able to recover my money back..thives..
  L would rather go find a scumbag landlord soo l know who l am dealing with atleast 1 person.. but these guys are something.. this company is soo foked up why do you think the only contact number they have is 0845 so you are not able to call, from a mobile this cost you a fortune and please dont be an idiot who carys a land line phone? Tanents looking for a room? L dont think soo.. do not go there..go find your self an individual landlord at least you will know who you are dealing with..stay away from this low life bastard who pray on vanurabile and belive me l will spred my terribile experiance in that hellhole soo the others wont go trough what l had to go trough..
  Dont go to this pleace if you care for your health and well been..
  And l hope they will shotdown some time soon l truely wish that
