First of all - my friend and I went here today for a meeting. I came in at 3 pm (café was closing at 4 pm) and when I ordered fresh juice waitress refused to do it because they are closing soon (oh come on - in one hour!).
So I ordered a cup of tea.
When I wanted to pay for my friend and me (1 cup of tea for £3 and one latte - by the way poor coffee quality - for £3) I was told that it´s gonna be £ 6.75!!!
The waitress added "Optional Service" - £0.75 and she didn´t even asked us. I am very happy to pay a tip to someone who cares about me and is helpful and kind but this wasn´t this case.
When we asked about that tip the waitress told us - "It´s normal in London." Yes, it is but it´s not normal when you order just a cup of tea and a cup of coffee!
I bet she thought we are just visitors and will pay that tip anyway.
To be honest interior is not nice, staff is terrible, coffee disgusting and the worst - there is no nice service.
