Basically a worker's breakfast diner. The food is a hangover's delight or a lazy man's dream. Certainly no better than you'd make at home but hardly more expensive either and you get table service and someone to clean up after you.
For your money, it'd just be unreasonable to make any complaints. Wish I still lived around the corner.
