- Han Wan Review added: 2018.07.01★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆I was very disappointed with the service here - I booked a groupon voucher which specified 2x 45 minute massages, i had my first massage which lasted less than 30 mins as they insisted you needed to have a consultation to discuss your massage. So I then tried to book a second massage which took a while due to limited female masseuses, when i finally booked a date I had to reschedule having called up several times I couldn't get through, I then received a call from a very abrupt and rather rude receptionist who said I would not be getting a replacement appointment, neither could I get a refund as I missed my appointment. She was rude and didn't have much customer service skills at all.
