I had to wait a million moons to pay a fee, never got a call back unless I rang numerous times. while at work resorted to emailing them. Finally got to set up my child's place then after all of that to find out there is no 15 hour funding when my child is due to start the settling in stage. Very very annoyed as I felt I should have been told when I handed in the application at the start as well as on the phone. I have decided to find a better nursery because I do not need the headache.
